Taco Loco started with a dream, a food truck, and recipes passed down through three generations. Our founder, Maria, grew up watching her grandmother make tortillas by hand every morning in Oaxaca, Mexico.
In 2019, Maria brought those family recipes to the streets. What started as a single taco truck parked outside a local brewery has grown into a city-wide phenomenon. But one thing hasn't changed – every tortilla is still made fresh, every salsa is house-made, and every taco is made with love.
